FWIW it's a bug in CPAN Testers too because the distribution name has a dot in it. I was trying to be a little secure and avoid people trying to do have tester reports which have "../../etc/whatever". I might be being a bit over strict, but then again I think it's stupid that it's called CGI.pm. The source to the CPAN Testers website is available on CPAN (unlike the other sites mentioned in this thread). Patches welcome.
