If you are getting a yellow alarm on your end that means that something on
the line, probably the other side if this is a point to point circuit is
producing a red alarm locally and sending a yellow alarm. The red alarm
means the CSU is not seeing a signal. I would check the connections and port
on your end. If the second port of the 2501 is open try switching to that.


I have seen 2500's go bad after years of service.
