* This is the modus mailing list * I had this problem in ModusMail 2, and it seems to have followed to v3.
I have users who have messages in their quarantine folder, and when they try to release them (via the webmail interface) they are unable to do so because the checkbox (to select the message to release) is greyed out. It really seems to follow no logic - sometimes it's a forbidden file type message (which I *don't* want released anyway), other times it's a simple text file that's been flagged (often inadvertently) - it doesn't seem to matter. Some of the messages have the checkbox greyed, others do not and are subsequently able to be released by the user. Does anyone know why this is? Is it a permissions problem perhaps (thought it doesn't seem to be if *some* messages are able to be released). Thanks! __________________________________________ Myron Bradshaw - MCSE Information Systems Manager Curtis Management Company, Inc.
