We did not want users playing with wildcards, we only made * available after some Beta testers kicked and screamed for for this feature. You can't say we don't listen to you! :-) > This is true. I am one of the Beta testers that kicked and screamed for this! :) We do give the permission in the console to do anything you want, as we assume the admins know what they are doing. > You KNOW what the say when you @$$sume... After a couple of weeks of Beta, we found out that even admins made some mistakes with wildcards in the console, so it proved how dangerous wildcards could be in Webmail. > Point proven! He he... FTR, I was NOT one of the admins that made a mistake with the wildcard in the console! :-P Those of you that are guilty, you KNOW who you are! :) Comments on this design are, of course, welcomed. > I believe the EU should be able to WL & BL by domain in the web int. Take someone that works for Sony (we actually have a customer that does). If that user were to get email from 100 Sony email addresses that would be a pain for that user to manage. We could do it for them, but that is missing the point. Most users would like to control their own email and I know that most admins are looking for ease of administration. I would like to see this added but with a warning message if the EU decides to use it. ------------------------------------- Michal Gaudette, P.Eng., M.B.A. Product Manager Vircom Inc. I can however add [EMAIL PROTECTED] through the modus console. It says Is this by design? Also just checked I can add just a * for a blacklist but not a [EMAIL PROTECTED] ** To unsubscribe, send an Email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the body or subject line. ** To unsubscribe, send an Email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the body or subject line. ** To unsubscribe, send an Email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the body or subject line.
