I'm having a problem with Modus 3 and was wondering if anyone else is seeing
the same thing.  Yves tried to track it down today but we were unable to
reproduce it on demand.  I'm hoping someone else has seen the same issue so
that we can work together to find out what is leading to the problem.

What happens is that a message is sent through tagged as spam rather than
deleted like it should be.  Out of 16k mailboxes it has only happened on a
few so far and the only thing they had in comon was that they were forwarded
to another mail box and set to leave a copy in the original mail box as
well.

What's odd is that I have other mail boxes forwarded in the same manner that
aren't seeing the problem and it doesn't happen with all spam messages.
Most are deleted as they are supposed to be.

If you are seeing this same behavior, please contact me at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] so we can work together to try and come up with a way to
reproduce this on demand so that Vircom can track down a solution.


Other than that Modus 3 is working great.  I've had over 200 non-solicited
thank yous from my customers so far.  They all have already seen spam
vanish.  I upgraded without warning my support guys and they thought the
mail server was broken because they weren't getting spam!
