Ok, even though I'm using a local ModusConsole, I checked the path listed again and it appears to be correct.
I even ran a search for the file name in the Registry, and all instances of it were pointing to the correct path on the local hardrive.
I've written to Vircom's support to see what they have to say, so hopefully I'll be able to get it resolved tomorrow, if no solution is found before then.
Thanks for all the suggesstions,
Lapo

I had a problem with this and what I found was... I was making some changes via a remote Modus console.. When I changed the location of the templates the Console set the path to a UNC path and I could never get the modified templates to work. I manually changed the path to the drive:\directory\filename and they then worked just fine.

I thought it might do that, so I renamed the original one in the update directory to Report2old.xls and saved an edited copy in its place.
The path listed in "XSL Body Template:" is:
D:\Program Files\Vircom\modusGate\ReportingTemplates\Reporting2.xsl
The file at that location is most definitely NOT the one being used by ModusGate. Is there a setting anywhere else which needs to be reset as well?
Or is this another one of those glitches that only happen on my systems? :)
Thanks,
Lapo

Sorry for being obtuse, but how does this relate to the Quarantine Template not changing? I did locate the webmailsrv.ini andno matterfew "weird" IPs which it should not have. HOwever, given that I'm dealing with ModusGate, there really is no WebMail feature, so it shouldn't have any effect.
The reporting feature does work. The only problem is thatas far aswhat I do, the changes I make to the Reports.xls template are not showing up on the reports that are sent out. I've now gonewebmailsrv.ini filerebooting the server, after having replaced the old Reports2.xls with a new one. (Meaning the template Modus is currently using is no longer on the system). Still no change. The default template is _Still_ being used (somehow).
Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm trying to edit the Quarantine report template onslightly. I thenI've taken the Reports2.xsl default and edited itto send outedited the "XSL Body Template:" path in the console, pointing it to the new file (reports3.xsl) but I can not get Moduslocation doesnew reports using the edited template. Even deleting the reports2.xsl file from the defaultoriginal defaultnot make any difference.
As a last resort, I tried stopping all services, and restating them. Still no change. The reports are using the[EMAIL PROTECTED] with thetemplate which has now even been deleted from its original location.
What am I missing here?
Thanks,
