OK, could be something to do with the way
the Session is stored. Basically Web Mail relies on the Session object which
indeed could get timedout, and hence return you to the login screen. However
logging in again should create a new session. I know that closing a browser
renders a session void and hence by closing and restarting the browser you are
ensuring you are logging in with a new session. Regards, Suneel. From:
Robert D. Maynard [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] This is not a technical
answer… but I saw the same thing as customer 2 on IE yesterday. I
had been logged in to webmail for quite awhile on a test computer and when I
went to compose a new message got a login screen instead of a composition
screen. I suspect that something timed out. However logging out and
back in provided the same results. Closing and launching IE solved the
problem. -Robert Maynard |
