Mike,   For the first part check that they have not installed Google’s Toolbar as the current version does have a pop-up blocker. You can have them try holding the ‘CTRL’ key whilst clicking which bypasses the pop-up blocker.   The second part should never occur as the pop up page is generated through a post back to the server. In other words clicking the ‘Compose’ link actually submits a form to the server which when parsed returns the users current page with the addition off a _javascript_ routine to pop-up the window and an additional OnLoad attribute added to the body tag.   Regards,   Suneel.   From: Mike McTee [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 07 November 2003 16:42 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]   I have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail Interface.   Customer 1 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they don’t get a new window to compose a message.   Customer 2 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they get a new window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window.   I’m unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here.  I’ve questioned both regarding “pop-up blockers” and was told they did not have any installed.  Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look for?   Thanks in advance!       Sincerely, Mike McTee Internet Systems Technician Eastex Net (www.eastex.net)
