Mike,

For the first part check that they have not installed Google’s Toolbar as the current version does have a pop-up blocker. You can have them try holding the ‘CTRL’ key whilst clicking which bypasses the pop-up blocker.

The second part should never occur as the pop up page is generated through a post back to the server. In other words clicking the ‘Compose’ link actually submits a form to the server which when parsed returns the users current page with the addition off a _javascript_ routine to pop-up the window and an additional OnLoad attribute added to the body tag.

Regards,

Suneel.

I have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail Interface.

Customer 1 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they don’t get a new window to compose a message.

Customer 2 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they get a new window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window.

I’m unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here.  I’ve questioned both regarding “pop-up blockers” and was told they did not have any installed.  Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what to look for?

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,
