Hi Suneel,
I resolved the problem shortly after posting and trying server restarts
and then a cold boot.. There was a 6MB message (att .doc file) that was in
the incoming directory (and had been there about two hours). Removing this
file resolved the CPU/ memory issue. I still do not know why it was a
problem. I looked in the logs and the message went through all the hoops
and hurdles just fine - but then it was never placed in the clients
mailboxes ( it was being sent to two or three of my users from an AOL
user). I appreciate you checking though.
Thanks.
Lewis

More Information will be needed.

What is the size off the Spool? Incoming Directory? Temporary
Directories?

What about the other processes?

I just restarted the server and ModusScan is at 110MB of memory. The
machine is acting like its ready to crash. What can I do to fix this?!
Thanks!
Lewis
