Our production environment is still not yet on MM3 so it should come through no problem (for those curious we delayed production release due to WL / BL cluster issues). I checked the file and it was not corrupt. Maybe the user had put the .doc file directly into their email or something? (speculation... ). The concerning part is how the moduscan basically went face down with this message (over 100MB for moduscan, 100% CPU ). I am watching for it again. Just Friday I requested an evaluation key so I could try and work with Modus and MySQL so I may try to replicate this again. Is there a way I could just put this file directly into the start of the Modus process or would it have to be mailed to introduce it? I am just thinking that being able to use the exact .msg file would be nice. Thanks.
