[Modus] Implemented sql quarantine (Is their a problem?)

I implemented the sql quarantine last night. Since 1am till 8:30 am  (71/2 hours) It has caught over 16,000 spam Most off these seem to be by the filter Miscellenous\Normal   At any rate this seems awful high, is something wrong? Is sql or something going to crash, chucking in so many to the database?   I never run this part before, and being a small isp, this was alarming!
