I am a
small Isp also. Approx 850 mailboxes. We have almost 10000 per day
go into the quarantine. Sql is running on a dedicated machine, dual
667, 1gig ram. It is running so well I may move my platypus database there
also. I set Sql to use only 400 megs of the 1 gig of ram. So far it
has only reached approx 250 megs. Running at 1 to 2% of capacity most of
the time.
It
should run for years.

sql quarantine last
night. Since
Most off these seem to
be by the filter Miscellenous\Normal At any rate this seems
awful high, is something wrong? Is sql or something going to crash, chucking in so many to the
database? I never run this part
before, and being a small isp, this was
alarming! |
