The UN? What a joke, it would like giving K-Mart control over retail business in the USA.

The UN can not even run their own organization (putting Libya on the Human Rights Council). But since the UN is an organization  "in name only" let them have it. The major players (US, Japan, etc) would tell them to piss up a tree and then the UN would have a committee meeting and nothing would happen

Yes, China helping to run the Internet.... hmmmm yes, that makes a lot of sense. Then we could INSTITUTIONALIZE spam and tax it.
