This has been an ongoing issue for some time - it is usually related to Norton Antivirus on the client machine. Once they disable Norton, the problem goes away.
 
Symantec is aware of this issue and their recommendation is to disable Norton Antivirus

Hi all,

We have had quite a lot of clients connecting to our Vopmail server in the past few months reporting the following error from their mail client.

 

"Your Server Has Unexpectedly Terminated the Connection"

 

 

I am led to believe that this is caused by incomplete headers in spam email. Is this right? Does anyone have this problem using Modus?
