[Modus] Problems connecting to mail server

Hi all, We have had quite a lot of clients connecting to our Vopmail server in the past few months reporting the following error from their mail client.   "Your Server Has Unexpectedly Terminated the Connection"     I am led to believe that this is caused by incomplete headers in spam email. Is this right? Does anyone have this problem using Modus?
