I have seen this and reported it to Vircom.

To solve this, login to webmail as the user.

Goto settings
And enter their reply address.

This sucks because you need to do it for EVERY user.

I would like better solution to this also.

We just ran into a major problem with webmail.  I sent a support ticket
in
to Vircom, but I'm hoping somebody has seen this.  When a customer uses
the
web based system and sends an e-mail, it sends fine, but it comes
through
with no reply to address.  Even if I go in to options in the web based
interface and specify a reply to address, it has the same behavior.
Obviously, not good.  Anybody have any ideas?
