Actually I figured something out on this. Modus forwards mail for my
mailbox to another private mail server. It's during this forward that it
appears to be losing the address. I noticed that if I specify "Your Name"
in options, it fixes this problem. The reply address didn't do it for us.
I forwarded this off to Vircom as well, but with a thousand or so users,
obviously we're not going to log into everybody's mailbox to fix this...

I have seen this and reported it to Vircom.

To solve this, login to webmail as the user.

Goto settings
And enter their reply address.

This sucks because you need to do it for EVERY user.

I would like better solution to this also.

We just ran into a major problem with webmail. I sent a support ticket in
to Vircom, but I'm hoping somebody has seen this. When a customer uses the
web based system and sends an e-mail, it sends fine, but it comes through
with no reply to address. Even if I go in to options in the web based
interface and specify a reply to address, it has the same behavior.
Obviously, not good. Anybody have any ideas?
