Our SQL database happily maintains itself and has not needed any maintenance for about 6 months.  Our mail server processes about 350k messages per day, just to give you an idea.  Native database only lasted about 3 hours.

Subject: [Modus] SQL DatabaseQ

Hi:

We have switched to the SQL database storage.  We did this because we could barely last a day until the mdb file was nearly 2 mg....

Is there a need to do anything with the SQL database?  Will the file be maintained properly or is there something else we need to do to keep it from getting too big?

We do not have an SQL administrator.....so I am asking the real experts!

Thanks...
