If there is a syntax error in the XML template for the Quarantine report, Modus will ignore the template and go back to the default one ( that is hardcoded into the program itself? ).
Open your template up in internet explorer. If you see the code, it means the syntax is correct. If you there is an error, IE should tell you where it is.
If you haven't changed the template at all, you may want to go back into Modus and re-define the path to it.
If, on the other hand, you are not receiving _any_ quarantine reports, I'm not sure what to suggest, other than that Modus is too busy to process the quarantine reports creation.
