So essentially, we're looking to ensure that Modus is using the most
efficient query it can. After that it is up to us to provide the hardware.

That would be my guess, however its also possible that modus is trying to
read the whole quarantine before displaying it and may crap out after it
gets X amount of data.

We get a TON of spam.  After we upgraded to Modusgate 3, we reached 6GB in 4
days.  We need to keep quarantine around for at least 3 days to give
customers a good amount of time to review and keep or remove.
