[Modus] SMTPDS Service wont start

Hey guys, I have just built a standalone windows 2003 server and installed Modus on it. However I am getting an error when the SMTPDS Service tries to start. I suspect this has something to do with the DSN settings on the server. I have tried setting the primary dns server to our in house office server to no avail.
