[Modus] SMTPDS Service wont start

Hello,   I think this has to do with the Microsoft built in SMTP service which loads automatically with Windows 2003 Server. However I am getting an error when the SMTPDS Service tries to start. I suspect this has something to do with the DSN settings on the server. I have tried setting the primary dns server to our in house office server to no avail.
