Suneel,
I had the Customer Service Representative tell them this yesterday and supposedly that didn’t work. It’s a situation where you really don’t know if the customer is doing what you tell them or not. We offered to assist them in setup of their local e-mail client to alleviate the problem, but they refused, advising they did not want to use OE due to the vulnerabilities it brings to the table. <rant>I agree that there are vulnerabilities with OE, as there is with any other Microsoft product, as is there with crossing the street and many of the other things we do in our daily lives. My theory is to keep current on the patches and hotfixes and you will remain relatively safe, just like you are when you look both ways before crossing the street.</rant> J
I sent them a detailed e-mail yesterday (with pictures no less! ;-)), maybe that will help.
I appreciate everyone’s input.
Thanks!

Mike,
I don’t remember which one, but an ‘Alt’ + click or ‘Ctrl’ + Click will by pass the Google pop-up blocker for that one link. You could get your customer to try both whilst your on the phone.

Jim,
As has everyone else’s customers advised, “We don’t have a pop-up blocker installed” is their response. We all know that answer is likely not true!!
I’ll try sending them an e-mail detailing what the Google Toolbar does, maybe if they read it in written form it might sink in! ;-)
Thanks.
