To
help stop many of our false-positives, I have an "allowed" script running.
In this script, I have added:
1)
Other local ISP's. (this helped with jokes being forwarded to my
customers)
2)
Custom "allows" built from customer's complaints about mail being
stopped.
This
seems to be the best solution I've found so far.
So
far, the only false-positive I have found for one of my personal e-mail accounts
was a newsletter from TowerHobby, and that's only because they has some blurbs
in the body that triggered one of the SCA filters. I submitted it to
Vircom from the console as a false-positive, and it hasn't been stopped
since.
