It it easy to query the Access database to retrieve the quarantined mail, but we have also noticed that an encrypted identifier must be sent to the VOPWeb component in order to trigger the release.  I guess this is for security purposes, but it is too bad and prevents 3rd party integration.   If any can share some thoughts, you're very welcome to do so :)   Thanks Regis
