I recall this being discussed before and I do not
remember the solution (if there was one)
we have several corporate clients who we just
relay incoming mail for to do spam and virus checking. The problem is that
the mail is in the quarantine BUT there is no way for the client to see it or
release it and regular clients can. It appears that only clients with local
mailboxes have the ability to see and release SPAM.
Am I missing something or is this the behavior of
Modus? If so, then doing anti-spam filtering for corporate clients who have
their own mail server is problematic at least.
Is there a solution that anybody knows of? It is
getting very time consuming to have them call me when expected email does not
arrive (false positives) and have us release them
