I've
done this on our site. I don't think it's quite what you're shooting for,
but it's one method of doing this. http://www.midwaynet.net/webmail
It's
only a modified version of the login.asp file routed via virtual
directory. As far as what you're looking for, I think you can take the
information that's between the <form></form> tags and modify the
layout then incorporate it into your exisiting page. Then it's just a
matter of having it open a new window when the user clicks on submit. Hope
