[Modus] Alert Templates

Some people have found that you need to stop and restart some services (I think the ModusADM service).   However, most have found that it was due to improper formatting of the XML file. Unfortunately Vircom to write a parsing error anywhere, instead Modus just continues to send the old template. I have opened the html files in the AlertsTemplates folder and also the Update subfolder and checked and they seem to be the way I save them after editing them.
