I have been asking for a re-work as well. Something that I hope Vircom is seriously looking at. However, what I want to see is the application changed from ASP to ASP.Net and utilizing the features available within that. It would be relatively easy to create a 'panel' based system. I think WebMail should be reworked to not popup a window to compose a new message. It causes too much confusion with popup blockers these days. I also ran into a problem with a user that was furious with us. They took a long time to write a message and when they finally went to hit send they got an error saying the session timed out and they lost the message.
