I have two, because I have two locations which is ok according to the EULA, and none of them expired in 120 days..
 
Did yours state that on the package, CD or did it just expire?

We borrowed the media from a friend and ordered licenses.  So, we basically paid $1400 for two pieces of cardboard :-)  You can buy legal licenses through pricewatch.com distributors.

Regarding W2K and SQL7
