It's not so much a change, as just not making the new feature so
visible in the first instance.  If it's opt-in (needs --graph) for
0.33, then most people won't even notice.  If it becomes on by default
(opt out with --no-graph) for 0.34, once it's ready for this role,
then for most users that's when the feature becomes visible.
