I guess I'm unclear on the question.

MonoDevelop 2.6 will still only be able to use Xcode 3's Interface Builder
tool. The only MonoDevelop version that can use Xcode4's UI designer is 2.8
(alpha). The MonoTouch version doesn't play into this at all.
