I have also created new provisioning profiles to no avail. The only thing that is a bit different than my XCode stuff is that the directory structure has a dir called c#. Thinking that perhaps the # is an issue (spaces were described to be an issue in previous posts) I moved the project up one level to avoid the c# dir. Now the app installs so it appears the path name cant have a # symbol in it.
