Personally, I tend not to use IB, but:

1. Which versions of everything are you using (xcode, MD, MT). It's
easy to find in MonoDevelop -> About

2. Have you emailed support@xamarin? (it's is a holiday weekend in the
US, so they may be "closed" today)

3. Have you filed any bugs in bugzilla.xamarin.com. Thats really the
only way to fix it - if they dont have a reproducible case, its hard
to impossible to fix (this goes for any product). If you raise one,
post the link here, someone else (non-Xamarin) may be able to help you
before they are back in the office.

I'm aware that some of this may sound a bit harsh if MD has just
crapped all over your project, but it's the only - and easiest - way
to get something _done_ about it. Venting is a fair response, but
sadly it's not going to fix anything (otherwise everything would be
fixed in every possible category of everything)

For my money, I use the beta or alpha channel, and I've found
MonoDevelop 3 to be incredibly stable - no crashes or problems at all
(esp with intellisense, which is working exactly how I'd expect it to)
in the past few days since 3.0 went out. It's made a huge difference,
and I've been spending 8-10 hours a day in it recently.
