As long as I can change to ARM7 only, I'll be happy. Might have to stick with 
4.3 because I don't know what old versions my clients might have.

They accept them. 4 of mine so far.

You have to change the minimum version to 4.3 (which is arm7+ only) which means 
you can change it to armv7.

But if you do that, you might as well do iOS5+, which is what i did.
