What I did before all of these came out was to add Flurry to all of my apps to know what OS and device people are using. It has worked out really well.

You have to change the minimum version to 4.3 (which is arm7+ only) which means you can change it to armv7. But if you do that, you might as well do iOS5+, which is what i did.
