The base bootstrap stuff (all the mixins and basic fonts and whatnot) are
superb. Having not used Foundation I couldn't say if it's as good or not. I
will say that (sorry to anyone here who prefers Foundation) Bootstrap is a
nicer looking UI framework (IMHO) and it's also very actively maintained.
That last one means a lot. I have a lot of faith in it being updated and
maintained by the Twitter team.
