[MOPO] Ebay Hidden Feedback

The hidden feedback is based on mutual consent between the buyer and seller.  As the feedback cannot be retracted it gives the chance for one or the other to come to an agreement without affecting the "credit score."  In many ways it's a good idea but on the other hand it could show a false scenario.
