I had Eugene linenback about 10 posters for me (2 auctions won
from eBay). He was not very responsive to email during the
process, which ended up taking about 5 or 6 months, but he would
occasionally answer my emails & let me know that he had actually
received my posters and then, later, that he was sending them
back.

In the end, when they finally arrived, they were very nicely
donely (but in need of further restoration; the auctions were
just for linenbacking, not fold line touch up, etc.).

I'm just a little fish in the big one-sheet pond & this
experience was similar to those I've had with other linenbackers
on eBay w/ my not-that-rare posters...I got a
much-discounted-from-list price with a correspondingly
discounted customer service response...
