I have been dealing with Eugene for several years now, and I consider him a
good friend as well as a business associate. Yes, he can be slow...very slow
at times...and I think his reach exceeds his grasp , with too many low price
auctions and too many posters to do at once, resulting in traffic jams and
frustrated customers. He WILL come through with the goods in the end. Eugene
has done a good job with most of the posters I've sent him, although I still
take my more high-end problem posters to Studio C, which is a local trip
for me . (I also get to see the latest treasures they're working on, an
added incentive to drop by.)
I have gotten back most of the pieces I sent to Eugene 2-3 months ago,
and he did a good job on them. I don't think Eugene's a scam artist of any
kind; a space cowboy sometimes, yes, a character, always...but the Texas
Terror will honor his commitments, never fear.
Sorry to hear about your problems, Eugene, and have a safe trip back
to the Lone Star State.
