Ralph, where have you been? That's the way Heritage have been doing all their auctions and people have been complaining about that all the time? I thought everybody already knew that.
On the other hand, if you provoke a new round of discussion/complaints, maybe Heritage will revise there formula and decide once and for all what they want to be when they grow up. Trying to be both an on-line and live auction all at the same time only confuses and frustrates people.
