There are always new people coming into the hobby, and also perhaps
people who've been into posters for a while but haven't bid with
Heritage before.  All the information is available in one form or
another to allow a person to develop reasonably successful bidding
strategies with them, but it does take some thought and often a
little trial-and-error, which unfortunately can cause some confusion
the first time around.  (Yes, my own first Heritage interaction was
QUITE confusing, but it worked out fine in the end.)
