We've gotten the point.
Now stop writing and go pack something.
Then go to the post office.
Your problems will be solved.

Wow thats says a lot. If this was the case I would never have to say a
thing because TRUE professional sellers and experienced collectors
would never post a lot of the nonsense that is posted here. Look I
dont care if you like me or not. But I have just as much right to
respond to accusations as any one else here. If you have a problem
with that then YOU are the one with the problem not me. If you cant
see DAVEs true intentions then you are BLIND.What purpose was there in
him GLOATING that I was GONE FROM ebay like he was some master killer
or something. It sure as hell was not to protect anyone. Did he not
think I would not see it????He had NOTHINg to do with my TEMP
suspension from EBAy. And yes I have some negs. And guess what some
(6) have been removed in the last 2 days. And thats not the point. He
comes on here and makes this a public affair AFTER I tell him to back
off on his threats because Im suppose to tell the post office what to
do to his standards.. He got mad and THEN made this PUBLIC.NOT me he
did. If he was so concerned about it he would have done it from the
START. But he showed his true colors and if you cant see them then I
cant help you. I could come on here and cry about all the people that
bid on my items and dont pay me.I could cry about how I send items out
that were paid by paypal and then they claim they never received them
and PAYPAL just takes the money and I CAN DO NOTHING. How if anyone
pays with a credit card through PAYPAL they can just file a claim with
the credit card company and PAYPAL takes the money and you can not DO
A DAMN THING ABOUT IT. How people claim that they never receive items
when they were sent with tracking and you can not PRIOVE
itbecausejustbecauseyouhave tracking means NOTHING. That SELLER
PROTECTION is a joke.THat things happen and YOU DONT know what the
facts are but you base things on hear say. I could come on here and
say so and so did this to me. I dont .I Have asked SCOTT to PLEASE
stop these kinds of posts and he lets them go. So why not let mine
go??? I did not start this.Am I suppose to just sit back and say
nothing???I did not bring this up.There are people on here who ARE on
my side. They say nothing because they see what I go through here and
do not want to deal with it. I dont want to deal with it either but I
am not going to just let it fly which is what I have been told I
should do. So Im sorry if I offend some of you.I dont want to. I did
not start this. And I do wish it would STOP.Until it does I will have
my say. This was between me and Dave. And thats how it should be. He
wanted to make it into this. So blame him for this.

*Subject:* [MOPO] Kicking Someone off MOPO ?
Dr. V,
Of course Scott is the only one who can "kick off" someone off
the MOPO list... and I personally hate it when we get to the point
where the idea comes up in public, although on very rare occasions
it has been necessary. As a group we've always fostered a very
open atmosphere. There are groups and forums out there where
people are kicked off all the time for one infraction or
another... sometimes it is deserved, sometimes it's sheer caprice.
MOPO isn't like that. I think the idea of an open discussion
group is a good one, even if sometimes the results are a bit messy
and unpleasant -- but it allows everyone to present their side if
a dispute does come up.
Now, in this most recent case we have an situation where one
seller is clearly out of touch with the reality of communicating
to a group of professional sellers and experienced collectors. He
seems to think if he yells loud enough, is insulting enough, and
claims that since we haven't held the items in our hands
personally that we don't have a right to form an opinion that this
list will ignore the very real problems surrounding his
operations. This is sad and unfortunate attitude on his part, but
at least we can see where he's at and make our own decisions as to
whether to do business with him. I prefer this situation to not
having him on the list at all, where I might never have found out
about the complaints some people have with him or heard from him
directly his own peculiar rationales regarding those complaints.
Membership in MOPO has never been a guarantee that it is safe to
do business with someone just because they belong to the list.
People need to remember that. There's no way Scott or anyone else
can vouch for all 400-plus members. And Scott is wisely very
reluctant to take action against a MOPO member. It took quite a
while to get the notorious Joe DePrenda kicked off of MOPO, but it
did finally happen.
Now, let's be fair -- Al Shevy is not exactly Joe Deprenda. His
2-year eBay feedback record isn't the best on the block, but while
there have been 16 individuals who have left negative or neutral
feedback on him, many of them fairly recently, there have also 165
individuals who have left positive feedback on him:

On the other hand, Al's attitude in responding to public
complaints on this list has been combative, insulting and, worse,
haven't made much sense a lot of the time. So it may be time for
Scott to take a look at the kind of posts Al has offered on this
list over the past couple of months, and take the matter under
advisement. But that's up to Scott.

Because maybe your friend is the one who is a bunch of
bullshit.Maybe you dont know the facts and you just spout
off with nonsense like your buddy.Im not the one who keeps
harping on this crap. I have said NOTHING and yet your
buddy Dave just wants to keep it up. Like I have said
before and I will say it again I WILL NOT SIT SILENT when
this goes on.Maybe the deceptive ones are the ones who
make the complaints.Dave has an agenda. Im not saying that
Dave has no right to be mad. I understand it. I would be
mad too if I was jerked around by the post office. He got
mad because he HARRASSED me about something I WAS TRYING
to help him with and I told him to back off.And so this is
what he did and is doing under the guise of helping others
to avoide me when in essence he is mad because I told him
to back off with his crap. I am the first to admit I am a
ASSHOLE.I dont take crap. I am slow and I hide nothing.I
did not make this a public thing.HE DID. Dont want to hear
about it then tell your buddy TO SHUT THE HELL UP.

Here's a question for the MOPO forum. Why does MoPo
let deceptive members fly under our flag? Why does it
let members remain in good standing who blatantly rip
off another group member? While it remains an open
forum and most of the members are dear friends of
mine, I find it, at other times repulsive, cruel and a
bunch of Bullshit!! It's almost time to say adieu to
the MoPo, before I start saying things that might make
me end up sounding like an ASSHOLE!!! Cordially drV

Al Shevy, aka "coolstuff159" is no longer a registered eBay member.

His negative feedbacks got up to 13, double the number when I first alerted
MOPO to this seller last month.
Slow shipping (measured in months), non-delivery, gross misrepresentation of
items, empty packages--a great way to build your business. I know, it's not
his fault and everyone is out to get him.
