Some folks are mentioning on NSFGE that their MOPO posts are getting
rejected, or they have not had any MOPO emails for days.
There has been a definite rise in the use of the NDSL "greylisting"
system that sees so-called spamming IPs being blocked, and at one time
or another it seems everyone's IPs get a turn.
