I had trouble with the link too.

Just go to eBay and search for this item number:

Interesting to read the questions and answers at the bottom of the listing
(now closed)...what a story this guy tells.....

Question & Answer

Q: Can you give a general idea about how many sets you have? thanksFeb-28-07
A: Due to a confidentiality agreement with the purchaser I am not at
liberty to disclose this information. Sorry.
Q: Hi, what a fascinating discovery! I can understand if you don't want to
reveal, but I would be vey interested to know how many other sets of cards
were discovered and what price you sold them for. If you would prefer to
wait until after the auction has ended to disclose that would be fine.
Thanks. Feb-28-07
A: All I can say at this time is that the box of cards I bought is believed
to be the entire run of cards that was printed for this particular movie.
Yesterday I sold the whole box to a single buyer for more than 100 times
what I paid for it a month ago. Considering what he offered me, I decided to
accept his offer and take the money and run.
Q: Hi, Can you tell me how you got this, where, when, etc??? It is
fascinating! I am just curious.and where are the others and what pictures
were used for them? Feb-27-07
A: Here's the story: These cards were recently discovered in a huge storage
vault in L.A. that was being emptied out. They were actually thrown out!
Someone rescued the box of cards from the garbage truck and decided to try
to sell the cards to make some money. He had no idea how rare these
particular cards are! NO IDEA! A friend of mine who knows I'm a big MM fan
and collector heard that they were available for sale by the person who
rescued them. I made an offer for the entire box of cards (I never thought
they'd accept), and to my surprise the seller accepted my offer and now I
have what I believe is the entire stock of these vintage lobby cards! I am
offering just one card for auction to see how much interest it generates and
how much money is bid on it. Then I'll decide how and when to sell the
others (ie: whole sets or indiviual cards, etc). The best card in the set
shows MM in the pool with her leg up like she's climbing out of the pool.
It's definitely THE best MM lobby card I've ever seen. The rest of the cards
are pretty nice too, but I won't show them until I'm ready to sell them.

FILM TITLE HAVE BEEN SOLD!

We accepted an offer from a third party to buy ALL of the remaining
Something's Got to Give lobby cards at a price we couldn't refuse! (The
money they offered us was HUGE!!!)

Therefore NO MORE CARDS from "Something's Got to Give" will be offered in
future auctions!

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone saw this listing for lobby cards from Monroe's
