A question to the group:
I just finished making 4 Paypal payments.
I had no money in my PayPal account so the payout procedure defaults to taking
money from my BANK ACCOUNT. I clicked on MORE OPTIONS, and changed the prompt
so that money will be taken from my CREDIT CARD instead. A credit card which
is on file with PayPal.
The PayPal prompt tries to discourage you from doing so, and you have to
confirm that that is indeed your choice!
When all was said and done the money in all 4 transactions ended up being taken
from my Bank Account. Exactly what I tried to avoid. I called PayPal but it
was of no use. First they said I must have done something wrong, but in any
case it was irreversable.
I was wondering if anyone on the list has experienced an identical problem?
