well n th opening page it has a pictuture with Chaney in it as the phantom
so perhaps this is why 7 -10 year ago this book was listed as worth
400.00 on ab bookman
or maybe the illustrtor... I have forgot buy surely its worth 75.00 to
someone//
I would guess its 1925 -27 as ive had loads of pphotoplay books and it
looks like the rest..
I also have a clara Bow wings ill be selling. that was 28 when it won
the 1st Oscar but was made in 27
so .. I would guess lated the Phantom was a year off?

so unless the publisher took copies printed in 1911 and added photos
and that front page which states that there are illustrations from
Andre Castaigne as well as Universal stills..it doesnt make a bit of
sense to me...
