The only mopo people I saw last year that I now know are Bruce, Richard, and Grey. My 14 year old son came with me last year and has become much more knowledgeable than I about posters and about everything else. He is very excited to go again this year, but just got a job at the local zoo and might not be able to get out of work. If he can, I'll be there and would like to meet more of you mopoers.

It has come time for me to decide if I can get away from all I have going on long enough to attend the auction at Cinevent, and a big factor in my decision is getting to see old friends there. I have to travel 12 hours each way to be there for 36 hours, and I much prefer doing so if I know a bunch of people who will be there. I have been to maybe 15 of them in the past 25 years and I feel certain it is the most enjoyable and best attended show, so if any of you were thinking of going, I very much vote in favor of doing so! I have always come back with some good to great buys, some rarities I have never seen elsewhere, and some memories of enjoyable conversations and meals with friends.
