Most buyers don't realize that, because of the DSR ratings, it is entirely possible, at least for small sellers, to have a 100% positive feedback rating and glowing reviews from buyers yet still be suspended by eBay for having a having an average DSR that falls below 4.3!!
All it would take, if their selling volume is low enough, is one or two buyers who score them at four stars in most categories, as opposed to five. Four out of five is pretty good in the real world, but not in eBay's. The result: A seller with an otherwise perfect record, all of whose customers are satisified with his (or her) service, would be suspended from selling. eBay, for those who still don't get it, is using buyers who may have the best of intentions, to get rid of small sellers, regardless of whether they are good or bad. It's all part of the plan. The hypocrisy here is that in the Dealer/Sellers Rating if your shipping is deemed reasonable..........that totals only a 4.0 average if consistent. Ebay requires a 4.6 to be a seller in good standing with respect to shipping and summarily give your listings inferior positioning for anything less.
