I have to say it is this <4.3 DSR part that seems most insane to me.  If I hadn't been a MOPO member I would have continued to do what I always do - leave 4 for reasonable, because most of the time, that's what the shipping cost is!  From now on I will leave 5 stars when I have been satisfied. Ebay has really used a sledgehammer to crack a nut here.  Yes, I have seen instances where sellers have charged cents for the item and high dollars for the shipping, but there must be a better way to address this problem.
